Shrimp Cocktail

  • 2 – tall cans of tomato juice (11 1/2 cups)
  • 4 – 8.5 oz. cans tiny deveined shrimp – buy early!!
  • 2 1/2 cups catsup
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Pepper Sauce
  1. Mix well.
  2. Refrigerate.

makes 1 gal + 8 fl oz

store in 2 quart bottles
