Honey Pineapple Glazed Pork Chops

I read a recipe on Pinterest but added some of my own


  • 6 or 7 boneless [pork] chops
  • Lawry’s® Seasoned Salt
  • About 1-2 cups chicken stock
  • 4-6 cloves of minced garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of either apple cider vinegar. I used pomegranate vinegar, that’s what we had lol
  • 1 cup of honey
  • About 4 Tablespoons of soy sauce
  • I added 1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits – cause why not

Season [chops] with Lawry’s seasoning

Sear on both sides

After searing the pork take the pork out and put it aside

Use about a Tablespoon of butter to get the browned tidbits off the searing pan

Add and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds

Add the concoction of chicken stock, vinegar, honey, soy sauce, pineapple

Let simmer for a few minutes

Put pork back in and cook it through.

Take pork back out

Continue cooking to let the sauce thicken up

Pour over pork
