Oatmeal Cinnamon-Chips Cookies – Hershey’s

  • 1 cup [2 cubes] butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 2/3 cups (10-oz pkg.) Hershey’s Cinnamon chips
  • 3/4 cups raisins

Oven 350′

Bake 10 to 12 minutes

  1. Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar until creamy
  2. Add eggs and vanilla
  3. Combine flour and baking soda and add to creamed mixture
  4. Add oats, cinnamon chips and raisins
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes
  6. Preheat oven to 350′
  7. Using 1 1/2 inch scoop (40 mm) scoop and drop dough onto parchment covered baking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart
  8. Bake 10 to 12 minutes
