Cinnamon Rolls


  • 1 recipe Feather Rolls
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter – melted
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup raisins

Pan: large baking sheet pan – greased

Oven: 375

Time: 20 – 25 minutes – or until lightly brown on the bottom

1. Divide risen dough in half.

2. Roll each half into 16 x 8 rectangle.

3. Combine sugar, butter and cinnamon.

4. Spread half of mixture on each rectangle.

5. Sprinkle each with raisins.

6. Roll from long side as for jelly roll and seal edges.

7. Cut in 1 1/4 inch slices.

8. Place on greased pans.

9. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 35 minutes.

10. Bake.

11. Remove from pans and cool on racks.

12. Frost.
