- 1 recipe Feather Rolls
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter – melted
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup raisins
Pan: large baking sheet pan – greased
Oven: 375
Time: 20 – 25 minutes – or until lightly brown on the bottom
- 1. Divide risen dough in half.
- 2. Roll each half into 16 x 8 rectangle.
- 3. Combine sugar, butter and cinnamon.
- 4. Spread half of mixture on each rectangle.
- 5. Sprinkle each with raisins.
- 6. Roll from long side as for jelly roll and seal edges.
- 7. Cut in 1 1/4 inch slices.
- 8. Place on greased pans.
- 9. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 35 minutes.
- 10. Bake.
- 11. Remove from pans and cool on racks.
- 12. Frost.
