(it takes 3 recipes for two 9 inch pies)
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Karo Corn Syrup
- 3/4 square butter-melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans (Toni uses 2 1/2 to 3 cups)
- Pan: 10 inch glass pie plate
- Oven: 350′
- Time: 45 minutes. (or longer – test by seeing if the filling jiggles or not – not is done)
- Beat eggs, brown sugar, Karo Corn Syrup, butter, salt, and vanilla.
- Add pecans.
- Pour into uncooked pie crust.
- Bake.
