Pecan-Raisin Topping


Use with Feather Rolls dough or Rhoades Frozen Rolls dough.

  • 2 Tablespoons Crisco
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup dark corn syrup
  • ½ cup pecans
  • ¼ cup raisins
  1. In an 8-inch square or 9-inch round pan, melt Crisco,
  2. Add sugar and corn syrup
  3. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Sprinkle with pecans and raisins.
  5. Place roll dough on top and allow to raise.
