- 3 lbs. yellow potatoes
- 3 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
- 16 oz. white mushrooms – optional
- 1.5 lb. Wight thick cut bacon cooked
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion
- Salt and pepper
- 12 qt Dutch oven
- 32 oz box of Chicken Broth
- Slice potatoes
- Slice onion
- Layer potatoes with mushrooms, bacon, cheese, onion, soup.
- Salt and pepper each layer lightly.
- pour chicken broth over the top and
- Put lid on.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for two hours or until potatoes are soft.
