Banana-Split Dessert Pizza


1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sour cream
6 tablespoons ReaLemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Plus 1 tabelspoon butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar – firmly packed
1 cup unsifted flour
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
3 medium bananas, sliced
1 (1-ounce) square Baker’s semi-sweet chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
1 (8-ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained and cut in half
maraschino cherries

Pan: 12″ Pizza Pan – lightly oiled
Oven: 375
Time: 10 to 12 Minutes

1. Combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, 1/4 cup
ReaLemon and vanilla.
2. Mix well.
3. Chill in large mixer bowl.
4. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
5. Add flour and 3/4 cup nuts and oats
6. Mix well.
7. Circle forming rim around edge.
8. Prick with fork.
9. Bake until golden brown.
10. Cool.
11. Arrange 2 bananas on cooled crust.
12. Spoon filling evenly over bananas.
13. Dip remaining banana slices in remaining 2 tablespoons ReaLemon .
14. Arrange on top along with pineapple, cherries and additional nuts.
15. Melt chocolate with butter, over low heat, in small saucepan.
16. Drizzle over pie.
17. Chill thoroughly and refrigerate leftovers.
