Salad Ingredients
- 2 pounds precooked chicken [about]
- 1 16 oz bag Cole Slaw
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 cup frozen petite/baby peas
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 packages Ramen noodles
Instructions for Salad
- Cube chicken
- Dice onions
- Bring peas to boil and drain
- Sauté almonds in butter
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl
Dressing Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 seasoning packages from Ramen noodles
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for Dressing
- Mix dressing ingredients
- Pour over salad mixture
- Place in foil pan and put lid on it
