Chinese Chicken Salad

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 pounds precooked chicken [about]
  • 1 16 oz bag Cole Slaw
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 cup frozen petite/baby peas 
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 packages Ramen noodles

Instructions for Salad

  1. Cube chicken
  2. Dice onions
  3. Bring peas to boil and drain
  4. Sauté almonds in butter
  5. Mix all ingredients in large bowl

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 seasoning packages from Ramen noodles
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions for Dressing

  1. Mix dressing ingredients
  2. Pour over salad mixture
  3. Place in foil pan and put lid on it
