Make two days ahead
Traditional Cranberry Salad
- 1 12oz bag Ocean Spray cranberries
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 1 large orange
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 20 oz. can Dole Crushed Pineapple
- 6 oz. package cherry Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling cranberry juice

- Pan: Glass 9×13″ casserole
- Grind 1/2 of orange, cranberries, and apple.
- Drain liquid from ground fruit and pineapple.
- Mix with sugar, pineapple, and ground mixture.
- Let stand 30 minutes.
- Boil cranberry juice.
- Add Jell-O to boiling cranberry juice.
- Stir for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add in cold cranberry juice.
- Stir for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add Jell-O to 9×13 casserole.
- Mix in fruit mixture.
- Refrigerate 2 days.
