Steaks
- 1″ boneless ribeye steaks – cut in half after cooking
- ( 2022 -14 people 14 steaks ate 7 1/2 steaks about – 10 1 1/4 inch steaks would have been fine)
- 4 minutes [?] on a side not closer than 4 inches from broiler unit – try to cook to medium-rare – DON’T OVER COOK!
- (Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting or the juice runs out and the steaks are dry!!)
- Sharpen Steak knives
