- 1.5 lbs Wright Thick Cut Bacon
- Foil
- Place racks in oven in middle
- Pre-heat oven to 400′ on Convection setting
- Cover bottom of 2 – 1/2 baking sheet – pans with crumbled and straightened foil
- Rinse Bacon in cold water
- Place bacon on foil without touching or overlapping
- Bake for 30-35 minutes for thick cut
- 20 minutes for regular cut
- checking often in the last 4 minutes
- Drain on paper towels
