Baked Bacon

  1. 1.5 lbs Wright Thick Cut Bacon
  2. Foil
  1. Place racks in oven in middle
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400′ on Convection setting
  3. Cover bottom of 2 – 1/2 baking sheet – pans with crumbled and straightened foil
  4. Rinse Bacon in cold water
  5. Place bacon on foil without touching or overlapping
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes for thick cut
    1. 20 minutes for regular cut
  7. checking often in the last 4 minutes
  8. Drain on paper towels
