Seven Layer Fruit & Nut Bars 


  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 cup Nabisco graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 6 oz package Mariani Tropical Pineapple
  • 1 8 oz package Sunsweet Dates chopped
  • 110.3 can Deluxe Mixed nuts
  • 1 cup Baker’s Angel Faked Brand Coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (6 oz.) (may use peanut butter chips)
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips (6 oz.)
  • 1 can EAGLE Brand sweetened condensed milk

Pan: 9″ x 13″ x 2″ dripper pan

Oven: 350′

Time: 30 minutes

  1. Melt butter in pan.
  2. Sprinkle an even layer of graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Sprinkle an even layer of dates
  4. Sprinkle an even layer of pineapple
  5. Sprinkle an even layer of coconut flakes.
  6. Sprinkle an even layer of chocolate chips.
  7. Sprinkle an even layer of butterscotch chips.
  8. Sprinkle an even layer of nuts.
  9. Drizzle milk evenly over top of all layers.
  10. Bake.
  11. Cool.
  12. Cut in 1 1/2-inch squares.
