Seven Layer Bars – Serena’s Favorite


  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 cup Nabisco graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Baker’s Angel Faked Brand Coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (6 oz.) (may use peanut butter chips)
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips (6 oz.)
  • 1 can EAGLE Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Pan: 9″ x 13″ x 2″ dripper pan

Oven: 350′

Time: 30 minutes

  1. Melt butter in pan.
  2. Sprinkle an even layer of graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Sprinkle an even layer of coconut flakes.
  4. Sprinkle an even layer of chocolate chips.
  5. Sprinkle an even layer of butterscotch chips.
  6. Sprinkle an even layer of nuts.
  7. Drizzle milk evenly over top of all layers.
  8. Bake.
  9. Cool.
  10. Cut in 1 1/2-inch squares.

Magic Cookie Bars

ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup butter

1 14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 cups (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 1/2 cups flaked coconut

1 cup chopped nuts

Pan: 9″ x 13″ x 2″ dripper pan
Oven: 350′
Time: 25 minutes

  1. Melt butter
  2. Mix butter and crumbs
  3. Press in bottom of pan
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly on top
  5. Layer with remaining ingredients
  6. Press down firmly
