Sauerkraut Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 – 14 oz. smoked sausages – sliced
  • 1 – 10.75 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 – 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 can 14.5 oz. Libby’s Crispy Sauerkraut
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots sliced
  • 2 can 14.5 oz. sliced potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

In slow cooker add all ingredients

Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours
