Poke Cake

Ingredients – chocolate-cherry-chocolate poke cake – other flavor combinations may also be done

• 1 chocolate cake mix
• 1 small package cherry Jell-O
• 1 large Jell-O chocolate pudding mix
• milk, eggs, oil as required for cake mix and pudding mix

Bake Cake mix following mix instructions

Prepare a 9 x 13 drip pan

Preheat oven

Make cake mix

Bake

• Make cherry Jell-O just as the cake is nearing completion on its big timeyou’ll probably get all
• Remove cake from oven
• Poke holes in the top of the cake
• Pour the cherry Jell-O over the cake into the holes
• Cool the cake
• Mix pudding
• Poor putting over cake
• Refrigerate until served
