Tradition Cranberry Salad

Make two days ahead


  • 1 12 oz. bag Ocean Spray cranberries
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 large orange
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 20 oz. can Dole Crushed Pineapple
  • 6 oz. package raspberry [not cherry] Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling cranberry juice
  • Pan: Glass 9″x13″ casserole
  1. Grind 1/2 of the orange, and cranberries, and apple.
  2. Drain liquid from ground fruit and pineapple.
  3. Mix with sugar, pineapple, and ground fruit mixture.
  4. Let stand 30 minutes.
  5. Boil cranberry juice.
  6. Add Jell-O to boiling cranberry juice.
  7. Stir for 2 or 3 minutes.
  8. Add in cold cranberry juice.
  9. Stir for 2 or 3 minutes.
  10. Add Jell-O to 9×13 casserole.
  11. Mix in fruit mixture.
  12. Cover
  13. Refrigerate 2 days.
