Cinnamon Rolls


  • 1 recipe Feather Rolls
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter – melted
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup raisins

Pan: large baking sheet pan – greased

Oven: 375

Time: 20 – 25 minutes – or until lightly brown on the bottom

  • 1. Divide risen dough in half.
  • 2. Roll each half into 16 x 8 rectangle.
  • 3. Combine sugar, butter and cinnamon.
  • 4. Spread half of mixture on each rectangle.
  • 5. Sprinkle each with raisins.
  • 6. Roll from long side as for jelly roll and seal edges.
  • 7. Cut in 1 1/4 inch slices.
  • 8. Place on greased pans.
  • 9. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 35 minutes.
  • 10. Bake.
  • 11. Remove from pans and cool on racks.
  • 12. Frost.
