Easy Crock Pot Pork Ribs

  1. 1 or 2 Racks of Baby-back Pork Ribs (full size works fine)
  2. Heavy duty – wide Foil
  3. Barbecue Sauce – 2 btls – zesty and sweet

  1. Remove “Sliver” from bone side of ribs [not necessary]
  2. Place in crockpot
  3. Cover with sauce
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours – 8 am to 4 pm
  5. Cover bottom of a 1/2 size rimmed baking sheet with crinkled foil or broiler pan with foil.
  6. Remove ribs from crockpot
  7. Place rack bone side down
  8. Add more barbecue sauce on top.
  9. Bake at 375′ until the barbecue sauce starts to bubble and caramelize.
