Peanut Butter and M&M’s Cookies

  • 1 cup [2 cubes] butter, softened
  • 1 cup Skippy Super Chuck peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar – firmly packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 19.3 oz pkg – 3 cups M&M’s Peanut Chocolate Candies

Time: 11-12 minutes

  1. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugar.
  2. Blend in eggs.
  3. Sift flour and soda and add.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stir in M&M’s candies by hand.
  6. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes
  7. Preheat oven to 350′
  8. Using 1 1/2 inch scoop (40 mm) scoop and drop dough onto parchment covered baking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart
  9. Bake until edges are golden brown (14 to 15 minutes).
  10. Cool on cookie sheets about 3 minutes.
  11. Remove to wire rack to cool thoroughly.

Makes 54 3 inch cookies
