Bean and Burger Soup


2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 large onion - chopped
1 15.5 oz. can Great Northern beans - drained
1 15.5 oz. can Red beans - drained
1 15.5 oz. can White beans - drained
1 15.5 oz. can Pinto beans - drained
3 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 14.5 oz. can yellow hominy - drained
4 beef bouillon cubes

2 can chicken broth


1. Brown meats and onion and drain.
2. Drain and rinse beans and hominy.
3. Mix ingredients. (add water to suit)
4. Simmer for 4 to 5 hours.
