Pork Loin


  1. Pork Loin
  2. Montreal Steak Seasoning
  3. Roasting pan or rack

 

  1. Place loin on rack fat side up
  2. Sprinkle fat side with seasoning
  3. Bake at 325' for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours
  4. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting
