Barbecued Chicken (or turkey)

2 16 oz. bottles of 7-UP
2 cups La Choy soy sauce (Gluten Free)
2 cups Crisco oil
1/2 teaspoon Schilling powdered horseradish
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
6 lb. of turkey breasts - boned and skinned

1. Mix ingredients.
2. Marinade meat 18 to 24 hours in refrigerator.
3. Grill over low heat turning on to all four sides.
4. Baste as needed.

2 - 2 Litter bottles of 7-UP

15 lb. of Chicken breasts - boned and skinned
4 - 2 gal zip lock bags


1. Mix ingredients.
2. Marinade meat 18 to 24 hours in refrigerator.
3. Grill over low heat turning on to all four sides.
4. Baste as needed.
