Pineapple Sherbet Recipe Electric Ice Cream Mixer

  1. 5 ounces crushed pineapple 1/4 of the 20 ounce can
  2. Juice of 1 Lemon
  3. 1 1/8 cup sugar
  4. Juice of 1 1/2 Oranges
  5. 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  6. add enough milk to fill freezer

Recipe for 6 quarts

1 20 oz. can Dole Crushed Pineapple
4 lemons
6 oranges
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups heavy whipping cream
1 gal. Whole milk

  1. Juice lemons and oranges.
  2. Mix heavy whipping cream and sugar.
  3. Stir in juice slowly.
  4. Add enough milk to fill freezer.
  5. Freeze in ice cream freezer.

Makes 6 quarts


Recipe for 2 quarts

1/3 of a 20 oz. can Dole Crushed Pineapple (6 2/3 oz)
1 1/3 lemons
2 oranges
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
2 cups heavy whipping cream
5 1/3 cups Whole milk

  1. Juice lemons and oranges.
  2. Mix heavy whipping cream and sugar.
  3. Stir in juice slowly.
  4. Add enough milk to fill freezer.
  5. Freeze in ice cream freezer.

Makes 2 quarts
