Pineapple Sherbet


1 20 oz. can Dole Crushed Pineapple
4 lemons
6 oranges
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups heavy whipping cream
1 gal. Whole milk

  1. Juice lemons and oranges.
  2. Mix heavy whipping cream and sugar.
  3. Stir in juice slowly.
  4. Add enough milk to fill freezer.
  5. Freeze in ice cream freezer.

Makes 6 quarts
