Pineapple Sherbet
1 20 oz. can Dole Crushed Pineapple
4 lemons
6 oranges
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups heavy whipping cream
1 gal. Whole milk
- Juice lemons and oranges.
- Mix heavy whipping cream and sugar.
- Stir in juice slowly.
- Add enough milk to fill freezer.
- Freeze in ice cream freezer.
Makes 6 quarts
