Lemon Ice Cream


8 Lemons
4 cups sugar
2 quarts of Half & Half

  1. Juice lemons.
  2. Mix Half & Half and sugar.
  3. Stir in lemon juice slowly.
  4. Freeze in ice cream freezer.

Makes 4 quarts
