Shrimp Cocktail

 

2 - tall cans of tomato juice (11 1/2 cups)
4 - 8.5 oz. cans tiny deveined shrimp - buy early!!
2 1/2 cups catsup
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
1 cup finely diced celery
1/2 cup diced green onion
2 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco Pepper Sauce

  1. Mix well.

  2. Refrigerate.

makes 1 gal + 8 fl oz

store in 2 quart bottles

  1. Mix well.

  2. Refrigerate.

Makes - 2 Quarts 4 fl oz
