Microwave 1 cup morsels
in medium, microwave-safe bowl on high power for 1 minute; stir.

Microwave at additional
10 to 20 second intervals; stir until smooth.

Cool to room
temperature.

Combine flour and
baking powder in small bowl.

Beat sugar, butter and
vanilla in large mixer bowl until crumbly.

Beat in eggs.

Add melted chocolate;
beat until smooth.

Gradually bet in flour
mixture.

Spread batter into
greased 13x9 inch baking pan.

Bake in preheated 375
degree oven for 16 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center
comes out still slightly sticky.

Remove from oven;

Sprinkle immediately
with marshmallows, nuts and remaining morsels.

Return to over for 2
minutes.

Remove from oven; cool
in pan on wire rack.
