Burrito Enchiladas

store-bought frozen burritos with enchiladas sauce

 

  • 1 - package 10 count frozen burritos - Lynn Wilson or El Monterey beef and beans

  • 1 - 28 ounce can Macayo Mild red or Macayo green enchilada sauce - May want to do two pans - one red and one green

  • 2 cups shredded Monterey cheese and/or mild cheddar cheese

  • sour cream

  • Pace piccata sauce

Spray glass dripper pan with Pam

Pre heat oven to 350'

  1. Place burritos in pan

  2. Cover with burritos with enchilada sauce

  3. Cover with foil to retain moistness

  4. Cook at 350 oven following directions for burritos - 25 minutes

  5. Serve with cheese on top
