Burrito Enchiladas


store-bought and burrito enchiladas


1 -  package 10 count El Monterey burritos shredded steak and three cheese

1 - 29.2 ounce can Rosarita enchilada sauce

2 cups shredded Monterey cheese


spray glass drip pan

place five burritos a crossed twice

Cover with enchilada sauce

Cover with foil

Cook at 350 oven one hour and 20 minutes

Allow to cool 20 to 30 minutes

Serve with cheese on top
