(Halloween)


    Regular Batch Double Batch
    • 2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
    • 2 cups dried red kidney beans
    • 1/4 cup Crisco Oil
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • 1 lb or more bacon ends
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 large clove garlic, minced
    • 1 28 oz. can tomatoes
    • 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
    • 4 tablespoons chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed

     

    • 4 lbs. extra lean ground beef
    • 6 cans of red kidney beans
    • 2 tablespoon salt
    • 2 lb or more bacon ends
    • 2 chopped onions
    • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
    • 4 14.5 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
    • 1 12 oz. can tomato paste
    • 3 tablespoons chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seed

    2017

  1. Fry bacon until crisp.
  2. Fry beef and onions.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer for 2 hours.
